Venom Championship Wrestling (VCW) provides thrilling wrestling action and entertainment across the South!

Our shows include some of the hottest wrestling stars including James Cena, Anthony Storm, Samson, TVs Jensen Theory and so many more. We also pride ourselves on bringing you new fresh talent in addition to all your favourites!

Our first show Pride and Honour took place in the Empire Hall in Southampton raising money for charity.  The show was a huge success which lead to our second show 'Honour and Glory' in Portsmouth.

Honour and Glory saw us use a six-sided ring for the first time and was a sell out when it took place in Drayton, Portsmouth.

'Retribution' was our third show and took place at Portchester Community Centre to a sell-out audience. Our next show 'Breaking Point' takes place at the Eastney Community Centre in Portsmouth on June 15th 2024.

We have also worked closely with other promotions who have also featured on our shows. They include Hex Pro Wrestling, GBWA and Savage Pro Wrestling.

VCW was founded by Jensen Theory  (Andrew Frewing-House) and James Cena (James Kemp) who have successfully run a multi-award winning events business, Supernatural Tours for many years. We have also been supported by local wrestling legend Karl Atlas.

In 2023, Venom Championship Wrestling won a Prestige 'Best wrestling promotion' award.

Here are Venom Championship Wrestling, we are doing things differently! 

Over the next few years, our plan is to continue to grow to run shows across the South regularly. We want to work with local businesses and the local community whilst continuing to support charities and provide a place for new talent to shine.

We also champion a family environment where guest can come and enjoy some incredible action in a fun and inclusive environment and where wrestlers, referees, ring announcers and all those who work to bring our shows to life feel part of our venom family.

We have already received huge praise from in the industry for our supportive and positive locker room and team.
